WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- Orders will leave our warehouse within 3 days of order. (normally much faster) Please take the following shipping times into consideration, depending on your location:
- One to two weeks
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
- For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. (Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries)
- If you have any other questions, please email us and we will do our best to help you out.
- If you wish to get an exchange or refund please contact us by replying to the email you received when your order was placed. (or you can request to in the live chat box on the website) We cannot accept any returns until you do.
- After 14 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
- In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects.
